The creation of a new UK Shared Services operation, built from the IT Divisions of three operating businesses, was the task faced by insurance business AXA UK. Tailor-Made was brought in to manage the communication challenges posed by this complex change programme.

Putting together a small team, Tailor-Made created simple but effective communication channels such as an email based newsletter and a face to face communication process.

Over 12 months the new service was successfully launched across all three operating companies, AXA Life, AXA Insurance and PPP Healthcare. The final task was to appoint a permanent Communication Manager to run the business as usual communications processes.
