HBOS FS wanted a communication strategy and plan to help them tackle a major business re-organisation across three UK sites.

After consulting with key stakeholders we developed a strategic approach based on using first line managers as key communicators and proposed a series of support mechanisms to help them in this demanding role.

When the strategic approach had been approved Tailor-Made produced a planning document that allowed the in-house communication team to develop and deliver the right communication materials.
