strategy and plan through to implementation. We won’t
forget about evaluation either. You expect your communication
to achieve its objectives so we will suggest ways to measure this.
When AXA SSL needed an entire communication team
to support the creation of a new shared services model for IT we employed
a writer, website designer and support staff for 12 months to deliver
their needs. Our
final task was to appoint a permanent Communication Manager to take
over business as usual.
